Welcome to the Palmyra-Macedon Central School District

We enroll all children who meet the age, residency, and public health requirements established by New York State law. We also enroll students considered to be experiencing homelessness, following the standards and procedures of federal and State law.  

All children entering Pal-Mac are registered by the District Registrar - do not go to the building your child is entering to register. Once registration is complete, someone from the school your child will be attending, along with our Transportation Department, will contact you.  

To Begin Registration:

FIRST:

Download and print the items in the Registration Packet pdf below. The following forms are included: Over the Counter Medication, Dental, and Medicaid. (Please complete the Medicaid form regardless of whether your student has Medicaid - if your student does not have Medicaid, just leave the CIN Number blank.) These require signatures from parent/person in parental relations and/or a doctor.  These forms can be emailed to, faxed to (315) 597-3898, or dropped off at any District building.

SECOND:

Click the Continue button on the left and complete the online Pre-Registration form.

• On the Contacts screen: Enter all Contacts, including Emergency Contacts, whom the school should contact in case of emergency. 
• On the Additional Info screen: Select the Home Internet Access, Parents in the Military, Housing, IEP or 504, Home Language Form, and Medical History checkboxes and fill in the corresponding information.
• Also, select the Birth Certificate, Proof of Residency, Physical/Immunization Record, and Custody Documentation (if applicalbe) Upload checkboxes. Here you will upload the student's proof of age, proof of residency, immunizations records/recent physical information, and custody documentation (if applicable). If you are unable to complete the Pre-Registration form online or need the forms in printed format, contact (315) 597-3443 for assistance.
